Imphal:14 August : :Regional Centre for Organic and Natural Farming, Imphal Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, Govt. of India organized one day farmers training and demonstration on Organic and Natural farming on 14th August 2024 at Loubuk Organic Farmers Producer Company Ltd., Phayeng Khunou, Imphal West (Manipur). On the occasion of the training programme Lightening of lamp by the chief guest of the programme Dr. V. Y. Deoghare, Deputy Director, RCONF, Imphal and other dignitaries. After the lightening of lamp welcome address given by the Secretary, Loubuk maikel Organic Farmers Producer Company Ltd., Phayeng Khunou, Imphal West and brief note of this programme delivered by the Dr. V. Y. Deoghare. In the brief note Dr. Deoghare, say the mandate of RCONF, Imphal and purpose of the training programme. In the technical Session Dr. Deoghare delivered lecture on Need, principle & benefits of Organic Farming. Dr. Lydia, Scientist, KVK, Imphal West share valuable knowledge of integrated organic Farming system. Also Certification system in Organic Farming, marketing & Jaivik Kheti Portal spoken by Shri. U. Premjit Singh, RC, Imphal and Shri. Indra, Service Provider (SP), Imphal. Bio-inputs/ Bio-formulations of different organic Input, lecture & Demonstration presented by shri Narendra Chaudhari, Jr. Scientific officer, RCONF, Imphal.
