The conference was jointly organized by the Amity School of Engineering and Technology (ASET) and the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE), Lucknow Centre. Conducted in hybrid mode, the event witnessed more than 150 participation from national and international experts, engineers, academicians, faculty members, and students, who engaged in insightful discussions on emerging technologies and cutting-edge research areas over two days.

Addressing the valedictory session, Wg.Cdr. (Dr.) Anil Tiwari, Deputy Pro-VC, Amity University Lucknow Campus, stated that the success and relevance of a conference are not determined merely by the organizing team but by the credibility of its collaborating institutions. He emphasized that association with reputed bodies like IETE enhances the academic stature of such conferences. He further added that the conference would significantly contribute to nurturing intellectual excellence and strengthening global networking among participants.

Dr. Arun Kumar Singh, Chairman, IETE Lucknow Centre, expressed his commitment to continuing such collaborative initiatives with Amity University in the future. He also announced that the top 10% of selected research papers presented at the conference would be published in the IETE journal.

The conference was graced by Chief Guest Mr. Sunil (President, IETE), Guest of Honour Mr. Asif Siddiqui (Group Director, ISRO Telemetry Tracking and Command Network – ISTRAC, Lucknow), Head of Department Prof. (Dr.) Namrata Dhanda, and Executive Member of IEEE UP Section Dr. K.K. Singh.

He stressed that the future of engineering and technology lies in interdisciplinary collaboration and underscored the importance of domains like data science, communication, and information security.

Guest of Honour Mr. Asif Siddiqui raised concerns regarding data security and privacy. He pointed out that India has over 853 million users on digital platforms, where vast amounts of personal data are being shared. He noted that global platforms collect nearly 181 zettabytes of data annually, much of which includes sensitive personal information. Calling data the “new oil,” he emphasized that just like crude oil gains value after refining, data becomes valuable after processing. He also cited an example of a data breach involving millions of users, where stolen data was reportedly sold at minimal prices on the dark web.

The session concluded with a formal vote of thanks delivered by Prof. (Dr.) Sachin Srivastava.
