Ningthoukhong: 2nd April: : Bishnupur: In a moment of great pride and emotion, the Khwairakpam Krishnagopal Memorial Building at Community Health Centre (CHC), Ningthoukhong was dedicated to the people of Bishnupur today. The inauguration ceremony was graced by the Hon’ble Governor and Hon’ble Chief Minister, marking a significant milestone in the district’s healthcare journey.
